Orders cannot be canceled once the checkout process has been completed, an order number issued, and shipment begins. However, orders that cannot be canceled may qualify for our Return & Exchanges Policy.
If a customer requests an order cancellation after the shipping process begins, refuses delivery of a shipped package, or provides a non-deliverable shipping address, the shipping/handling fees are non-refundable and shall be deducted from any credit or compensation issued. The customer will be charged for both outbound and return-shipping charges associated with that order.
The amount deducted from the credit or compensation shall be the actual freight charges & handling fees charged by the freight carrier or supplier to us. For example, if UPS charges $5 to ship an item outbound, a $10 charge to intercept the package, and $5 for the return shipping cost, that full $20 shall be deducted from the refund or compensation amount. We kindly ask our valued customers that they carefully review their orders before completing checkout so that there is no need to request cancellation or refuse delivery.

If You Are Returning an Item for Exchange or Refund
You may return most items for refund or exchange within 45 days of the purchase date.
Items for return or exchange must arrive back to us in their original shipped condition with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.
You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.
No credit can be issued until we have inspected the returned item and it is found to be in new, unused, unlaundered condition (if applicable) with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.
The original shipping/handling charges (including customs/broker fees & tariffs for international shipments) are non-refundable.
If a customer under the authorized Returns & Exchange Policy later returns any item for credit that received a discount or promotional savings, and the lower order total would not meet the original minimum qualifications for the discount, then the amount of the sale discount shall be deducted from the refund amount.
Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment.
If a customer returns an item in a condition that is not new and has been used or damaged (i.e., including but not limited to being dirty, soiled, with hair, or damaged by smoke smell or liquids) or laundered, no credit or refund or compensation is due. No credit or refund is due for items beyond the allowed return period of 45 days.
If You Are Returning a Gift
We are happy to exchange a gift within 45 days of purchase for another item of equal value from our store. Follow the "Returning for an Exchange" instructions on your packing slip. Returns for refund (or partial refund in the event an item of lesser value is requested as an exchange) are credited back to the original credit card used for the original purchase.

If YOXO is unable to obtain payment for a period exceeding 30 days for an order placed and shipped, YOXO may assign the order to a collections agency and add the collection agency fee to the amount due. The additional fee shall be the greater of $25 or 1/3 of the original amount that YOXO was unable to collect prior to assignment to the collection agency.
Use of any special offer to receive a discount indicates full acceptance of the special offer Terms & Conditions in addition to all Terms of Service.
If a customer requests that YOXO waive the signature requirement for any applicable delivery to enable the courier to leave the package unattended at the delivery location, the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the package and no compensation or credit is due should the package be lost or damaged.
Sales are final for Discontinued items. Discontinued items are products which are located in the Discontinued category, are marked "Discontinued!" in the product price, and/or for which the customer received a discount of 30% or more from the regular item price. No returns accepted or refunds/credits allowed for Discontinued items. Discontinued items are limited to stock on hand.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies; Limitations on Quantity; Pricing Errors
The information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability.
Should a product be listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a full refund in the amount of the incorrect price.
We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Out of Stock Products
We make every effort to keep products in stock. "Out of stock" products are typically re-stocked within 3-5 weeks, depending on the location of the product's supplier. (Products sourced from overseas may take longer to re-stock.) Due to the large volume of inquiries, we are unable to reply individually to inquiries regarding specific "out of stock" products. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. Your business is extremely important to us, as we consider you not only a customer, but our partner in making a difference!
Our stores collect and pay sales tax in some U.S. states as required by law. If sales tax is applicable to your order it will be calculated and shown during check-out.
